Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. We have been open since July 2024 and business demands we need more qualified technicians now! Paying top wages for Ford qualified techs and other manufacture background are encouraged to apply.

As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines to customers.
  • Collaborate with the service advisor team to ensure clear communication and understanding of customer concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company safety protocols and standards.
  • Stay updated on automotive technology advancements and participate in ongoing training as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles and other makes and models.
  • Strong knowledge of Ford automotive systems, including engine performance, electrical, and computerized systems.
  • Valid certification from an accredited automotive institution is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Pay: $38.00 – $51.00 per hour
